Hear ye, hear ye, the King’s bedtime story has been stolen by the evil troll and he has knocked down the only bridge to get to his cave. Bridges in Storyland are made of pure story, and now we need a new story for the King. The aim of this workshop/performance is to write a new story together as the audience, led by the story technician and his apprentice. The story that our group created featured a moon, a golden apple, a robot dog, rainbow sheep, space engineers and an evil king. The troll was absolutely brilliant and very funny, I wonder how they managed to create the spikes on his head.
I loved going to this workshop with my Mum, and I think she had a good time too. Our group strangely had lots of grown ups taking part and they seemed to enjoy this show just as much as the children. A really fun fringe performance for all ages so please do go and join in.
On another point, I have discovered I really enjoy small cast productions because they are often less busy, more involved (and maybe better) than bigger ones that have hundreds of dollars of funding put into them. I am still looking forward to going to see Hamilton in New York though! By the way, this is just my opinion, and I am not always right!
For lovers of writing and stories, this is the show to watch! 4.5 stars, well done!

Sounds lots of fun. Did you get to do a part Bill?
This looks right up your street Bill! And pleased to hear Mum enjoyed it too. 😊 Sent from my iPhone
The production sounded fantastic. I like the description you wrote about the troll, when we scrolled down and saw the picture we laughed! Imagine what the troll’s passport photo would look like…
